Why have we chosen Worksmile?

This has been our reality for the past 40 years – creating unique SAVICKI brand jewellery. Our employees are the best craftsmen who, apart from excellent skills, embody the openness and tenderness needed to appreciate true beauty and art.
Due to our business activity, we use various places for team cooperation. That’s why we needed a platform to hasten and simplify communication. Our main goal was to discard traditional communication forms and fully transfer to digital channels. We’re currently using the following Worksmile platform modules:
- Employee benefits,
- Internal communication,
- Requests,
- Absence management,
- Reports.

We haven’t used anything like Worksmile before. The main reasons we’ve decided to choose Worksmile were the transparent website, usefulness of the presented features and the ease of using the tool. An important module for us was the Absence management module, which we use to share time-off requests with our employees and customise request and questionnaire forms. Thanks to the Worksmile platform we can also efficiently communicate between departments and units scattered throughout Poland.

Learn how we created a Worksmile platform for SAVICKI?
Since July 2024, 156 SAVICKI employees gained access to the Worksmile platform, of them 146 activated their account (94%).
We launched in just 5 weeks!
Two employees from our company took part in implementing Worksmile – HR Business Partner and Junior HR Specialist. We started using the tool after 5 weeks.
The entire implementation process went smoothly and swiftly. We’ve transferred the necessary data easily and could use the ever-present Customer Support from Worksmile. The ability to continuously configure data from the Admin Panel has made it easy to implement changes.
We now have an innovative solution which increases employee satisfaction.
Employees reacted very positively to the Worksmile platform, especially those who’ve used similar tools in their previous workplace. Among those who’ve never used such a solution, most were very happy to see us taking a step into such an innovative direction.
We want to execute all matters from the Worksmile platform.
After implementing Worksmile, we want to execute all available employee matters from the platform:
- Time-off requests and information about the available balance of time-off days accessible to the employees;
- Submitting digital documents for instant verification of their content;
- Company-wide communication about company events Easy-to-read posts with options for reactions are a much better solution than e-mails.

Hastened and simplified communication in a dispersed team

Worksmile allowed us to forget about paper documents and old-fashioned procedures in favour of more efficient and digital processes. Now we can save time spent previously on managing absences, requests and other administrative tasks, which increases the productivity of the HR department.
