We haven’t used anything like Worksmile before. The main reasons we’ve decided to choose Worksmile were the transparent website, usefulness of the presented features and the ease of using the tool. An important module for us was the Absence management module, which we use to share time-off requests with our employees and customise request and questionnaire forms.
