Kudos types
The simple division into several Kudos types makes it easy to give recognition to any team member. Examples of Kudos: Thank you! Good job!
Any comment
You can add your own comment to each Kudos, i.e. a short description of what you are giving credit for.
Kudos counter
There is a simple counter on your employee profile that shows the number of Kudos received from your colleagues.
Kudos from the manager
Managers can transfer points along with Kudos that can be used for benefits in the Worksmile cafeteria system

For several years now, Kudos has been a great help to companies in appreciating and motivating employees. Thanks to the Kudos, the atmosphere in the company is better, people become more open, help each other more willingly and share their knowledge with others. The Kudos is also available to all team members, so we can grant it at any time, and importantly, thanks to the ease of use of the Worksmile benefit platform, it can appear often and spontaneously. Which cannot be said about periodic evaluations.
How does the Kudos work?
The breakdown into categories of excellence allows employees and managers to select another member of their team who will be awarded the Kudos – recognition. Then, they choose the type of Kudos available on the benefit platform and assign it to another employee.
You can add your own comment, which will be saved and added to the number of Kudos in the counter in the profile of the employee receiving the recognition.

Thus, they can reward employees with daily gratitude, and for outstanding achievements, give them points to use for non-wage benefits available on the benefit platform. As the Administrator, you allocate budgets for such activities and you have control over their use.
