Thai Wok is a company with a dispersed structure. Our employees work from various Polish cities. We’re also a diverse environment with people from different generations and nationalities.
We use multiple languages to communicate – Polish, English and Nepali. That’s why our communication process required a solution tailored to all of our employees.
Our biggest challenge was reaching every employee with a message. As a company which frequently incorporates changes, we wanted to communicate with our crew directly and in a fast manner.

We have noticed that the platform is continuously evolving and new solutions are constantly being added. We are excited about the development and are eager to learn more about the new modules that are being developed. Features of the platform such as the Perks & Benefits Marketplace, the ability to organize events, and the preview of post analytics are extremely helpful.

We see the platform continuing to evolve and new capabilities emerging. Some of these are in response to our needs – features like post-analytics and the ability for employees to add holidays are just a few examples.
Currently, we are focused on enhancing the platform to ensure the security of shared materials, such as preventing users from downloading content to users personal devices.

First of all, we can get to know our employees see their passions, their commitment and their daily challenges. In a disperesed organisation, this kind of interaction is very important. We also get constant feedback from our employees about what activities are working and what is not.
We are closer to employees and their needs, which can positively impact engagement
We are continuously measuring it, and given the overall trend of declining engagement, it’s difficult to definitively say that implementing the Platform has increased engagement among our employees.
It is certainly a tool we can use to improve communication, the quality of service we provide to employees and to plan integration. It is also a great solution that allows our leaders to actively communicate and interact with each employee, something that wouldn’t be as easy without this platform.
