You get the possibility to independently add and edit specific benefits that you want to make available to employees, e.g. sports cards, medical care, company insurance, layettes for children, etc.
Budgets for non-wage benefits
You define, set and allocate budgets. You also decide which employee benefits can be used within each budget.
Benefits from the Company Social Benefits Fund
In the Worksmile cafeteria system, you can choose which benefits will be financed from the social fund. You can choose from holiday benefits, co-financing, cinema or theater tickets, gym tickets and many more.
TRS - Total Reward System
You will provide employees with detailed information on their employment package - remuneration, granted benefits and non-wage benefits or training.
Reports and Surveys
You will generate automatic reports adapted to your HR and accounting system. You will also create simple surveys with which you will learn about the preferences of your employees in terms of non-wage benefits.
Online applications
You will allow your employees to submit applications for benefits online through an application creator. You will consider and grant benefits from the same administration panel.
