Mindfulness as a benefit
Meditation lowers blood pressure or reduces cardiac arrhythmias, but also improves the quality of sleep, reduces stress levels and supports the treatment of depression. Extending the hitherto most popular wellbeing solutions to include meditation enables employers to take better care of their employees’ well-being. Especially that many of them are looking for tools and employee benefits adequate to today’s challenges and needs of employees. Meditation and the accompanying moment of silence and communing with oneself have become one of the most desirable benefits today.

How the Meditation module works, Worksmile
The meditation function in Worksmile is available as part of the Employee Well-being module, thanks to which you can take care of your employees holistically, with one tool.
You can choose from teachers in Polish and English, and in addition, you choose whether you want to listen to the male or female voice of the teacher and whether you want to have background music during meditation or not. You decide.
Let's not forget about gamification. The Worksmile meditation function mobilizes and strengthens the involvement of employees, thanks to the possibility of creating challenges for meditation, or a private game that the user can join, earning badges for the first steps or systematic meditation.
We know from experience that it is not easy to start meditating, so each user has access to articles by our experts in the field of psychology, which further educate and develop.
