Your data is encrypted both during transmission and during storage using the latest standards (TLS 1.2 and AES-256). This minimizes the risk of their interception.
RODO compliance
Worksmile fully complies with the requirements of the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (RODO / GDPR). We work with our clients’ legal and compliance teams to offer transparent data processing mechanisms and full control over user permissions.

Access control and authentication
We use advanced access control mechanisms:
- Single Sign-On (SSO) login capability.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA).
- Granular roles and permissions for administrators and users.
Our employees use U2F physical keys when logging into IT systems to minimize the risk of data leakage.
