Supports writing messages in the form of posts or articles. Can edit existing content or write it from scratch – just enter a short prompt with expectations. You can also indicate the tone of the statement: official, professional or more relaxed – depending on the situation and audience.
AI Summaries
Not everyone has time to delve into long messages from a supervisor or HR. That’s why Worksmile users can ask AI to provide a short, understandable summary of the message. The AI will provide the context and essence of the content, and then prompt them to read the whole thing.
Co-pilot AI
This is our latest, continuously developed tool, which already relieves administrators of daily tasks. Co-Pilot performs the activities “for them”. – all they need is the right prompt. Example? If a benefit provider has changed the price list and you need to update 30 offers – Co-Pilot will do it for the administrator. Need a report, update data or change settings in multiple places at once? Our Co-Pilot will do it for you – quickly, securely and without having to click through the platform.

Every day we answer hundreds of inquiries and solve many issues reported by users. The most important thing for us is a human being, so we will not fully replace Customer Service with artificial intelligence. In order to increase the productivity of our Customer Service, we are using AI in the support department, so we can understand the intent of requests faster and provide accurate answers more efficiently.
