Learn how we created a Worksmile platform for Billennium

Choice of service provider
Our main priority was to make the benefit management process easier for our employees. Intuitiveness and innovative solutions were key aspects we considered when choosing the service provider. Our company is quickly growing – we are employing more and more people each year and our first concern is to meet their needs.

A platform which meets user expectations
The main area of our cooperation with Worksmile is the module which allows employees to freely manage their benefits, bonus points, requests and charity donations. The platform completely meets our expectations and remains a constant source of satisfaction, which our employees confirm in the surveys we carried out.

In 2023 our employees have completed 10 350 transactions in Worksmile’s Perks&Benefits Marketplace


Support in everyday benefit management
Currently we offer a few different types of recurring benefits, such as two different healthcare kinds, sports cards, life insurance and veterinary service packages for pets.
Due to the diversity of our benefit offer and the quick growth of our company, we have to face certain challenges related to those areas.

Billennium has been using Worksmile since 1/02/2022.
Swift and clear access to benefits
We are continuously trying to expand the range of offered benefits. Worksmile helps us to execute the necessary processes quicker and in a clearer manner, starting from choosing benefits, ordering, purchasing and until cancelling the benefit.

The most commonly chosen benefits belong to the following categories: food, home equipment, clothing and accessories, electronics, for children.

How is the platform changing and is it meeting your needs?
The recently implemented changes (in the Admin Panel update) are noticeable especially visually. While the ordering module has certainly improved, I’d say that the managing module took a turn for the worse – it’s less intuitive and readable. When it comes to the needs of administrators, the reporting module could certainly use some work.

After the feedback from Mrs. Justyna, we’ve implemented another series of changes in the Admin Panel in order to increase its usefulness and improve the visual aspect.

Changes related to usefulness
We’ve implemented intelligent suggestions during user search which has significantly increased the speed of reaching needed information.
Quick history search of fund operations guarantees higher efficiency and bigger comfort of use.
Similarly, simplifying the process of generating reports through an intuitive date choosing mechanism makes it easier to create personalised comparisons.
Changes related to UX and visuals
We’ve expanded the benefits display so more information is available at a glance.
We’ve also organised the fund bookmark by implementing a clearer division and data presentation.
Moreover, we’ve implemented small UX fixes which increased the speed of using the Platform. The changes include automated suggestions on the user list, button name changes and dedicated keyboard controls.

Increased employee engagement
Introducing the Perks&Benefits Marketplace has certainly had a positive impact on our employees’ feelings and, in turn, increased their engagement in company matters.

Technical support and a dedicated Account Manager
Our dedicated Account Manager was Magda who absolutely met all of our expectations and challenges. The current Support works quite aptly, which is a huge advantage. However, one feature which which makes it difficult to swiftly solve problems is that administrators have to submit queries through a standard form.
