Janet has been looking for a tool to make benefit administration easy and timesaving.

  1. Janet began by setting her budget and categorizing it into several areas, such as:

    • Holiday co-financing

    • Main fund (current assets)
    She also defined how employees can use their funds within each category in the settings.

Finally, Janet and Cathy would like to know how efficient are their new solutions (and the platform itself). That’s why they’ve set up an automated report system, which:

  • automates repetitive tasks that previously required manual completion, such as generating benefits usage reports for the HR and payroll system or providing reports to third-party benefit providers
  • offers insights into which benefits employees prefer and identifies ways to optimize funding to align with the company’s business objectives
  • enhances understanding of how company communications function and how they can be tailored to meet the needs of different generations, teams, or locations
  • provides easy access to reports on submitted requests and information on how efficient the company processes are.

After the platform onboarding, which took 27 days,
they invited the employees to join.
