Cathy is struggling with dispersed communication. Her company uses an excessive number of tools, making it hard to track which messages reach their employees and which ones do not. She decided to try out Worksmile as a central communication hub.
- Cathy developed company-wide groups to enhance strategic communication about ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with the company structure. She also created dedicated spaces for effective intrateam communication.
- To facilitate discussions around training sessions, bonding activities, and other events, Cathy utilised Events, fostering an interactive discussion space for these meetings.

- Cathy utilised the “Shortcuts” feature to inform employees about the various apps available within the company, further improving their access to these essential tools.
Janet has been looking for a tool to make benefit administration easy and timesaving.

Finally, Janet and Cathy would like to know how efficient are their new solutions (and the platform itself). That’s why they’ve set up an automated report system, which:
- automates repetitive tasks that previously required manual completion, such as generating benefits usage reports for the HR and payroll system or providing reports to third-party benefit providers
- offers insights into which benefits employees prefer and identifies ways to optimize funding to align with the company’s business objectives
- enhances understanding of how company communications function and how they can be tailored to meet the needs of different generations, teams, or locations
- provides easy access to reports on submitted requests and information on how efficient the company processes are.
After the platform onboarding, which took 27 days,
they invited the employees to join.
Thanks to the mobile app, William can efficiently do the following from a single place:
