With the Worksmile benefit platform, you can handle subscription benefits, sports cards, life insurance, health care, but also occasional bonuses and rewards.
This comprehensive approach allows adjusting the range of non-wage benefits to your employees’ needs and expectations as much as possible. Moreover, as the only tool of this type on the market, the Worksmile benefit platform allows the employer to individually adjust the benefit offer to each employee depending on commitment and performance based on information on how individual people use the employee benefits they have been offered. It also helps employers to learn about employee preferences, while supporting appropriate budgeting.
How does employee benefit management work with Worksmile?
Both you and your employees receive access to the benefit platform panel. There is a web version and a mobile application. As an employer, you transfer funds to individual employee accounts and select the range of available employee benefits. Additionally, you define the budget from which individual benefits will be financed.
Your employees log in to the benefit platform and independently choose the benefits that are beneficial and relevant for them. They can use the available budget for a sports card, discounts with our partners or cinema tickets, among others. The Worksmile cafeteria is available 24/7, and the benefits are transferred to employees online through the platform, so they can be used immediately.
