Our priorities included swift implementation and support of the service provider. The entire process took us less than a month. From our side, only one person took part in the implementation.

We’ve noticed an increase in employee satisfaction thanks to the benefits available in the Perks&Benefits Marketplace, as well as a decrease in the amount of work related to ordering and processing benefits. Worksmile also helped us solve the issue of choosing a singular healthcare provider.
Employee engagement level
It’s difficult to say whether implementing Worksmile impacted the level of employee engagement in any way. After all, it’s only been two months. Every change is, in some way, an interesting adjustment in our organisation. So I’m looking forward to the future development of this platform.
